| Enough fabric to go around you one and 1/2 times, and some 2 inch elastic. |

| Sew fabric rights sides together. Sew Elastic to your waist size. Then pin in equal sections. As you sew, stretch the material and elastic till it is straight and sew around. |

| Viola! Add a hem, and your done! |
