Ingredients:
1 1/4 Package Smoked Sausage, sliced in sections
1 Red Apple sliced
1/2 Onion sliced
2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. Apricot preserves
2 Tbsp. Butter
Add some fresh mashed potatoes, and beets for good measure |
Saute all ingredients except apples for two minutes. Then add apples. Saute for another 5-7 Minutes. Serve with Mashed potatoes and a vegetable.

we did pork on the grill with apples and it was so delicious. I never thought I would like pork and apples. This recipe looks really good!!
